Mayfair’s network of buyers provided the seller with the opportunity to speak with institutional and strategic buyers and produced multiple offers. Ultimately, the seller decided to work with a subsidiary of a NASDAQ listed company that has annual revenues of more than $3 billion. Mayfair arranged for the buyer to travel to the seller’s location to better understand his goals.
